I can say that they definitely made the process easier, they dealt with the insurance company, and they were able to negotiate a very fair Settlement from the insurance company. I’m really glad we went with them to begin with, as we found there were a lot of people who tried to file their claim on their own and then ended up six months into it and needing to hire a company to help them finish the process. We worked with Brad and he was polite and had good communication, followed up when he needed to, and it’s always been just a phone call or text away. I hope you never need a company to deal with something of a catastrophe level but if you do I would highly recommend this one! read less
